This 60-minute talk looks at how emotional intelligence, applied in practical ways, can help regulatory and service delivery officers handle workplace pressures more effectively. Across three areas, participants will explore how self-awareness can support composure under pressure, how self-regulation leads to clearer decision-making in challenging moments. The session draws on scenarios familiar to enforcement and service delivery contexts, helping officers translate emotional intelligence into everyday practice.

Part 2: Effective Relational Networking

How does one build meaningful professional relationships without feeling transactional or draining?

This 60-min session equips participants with a practical, values-aligned approach to networking. Through a practical 5-part framework - Frame, Start, Sustain, Stop, and System - participants will learn to build meaningful professional relationships with confidence, engage stakeholders authentically, and create lasting impact without feeling transactional or burnt out. Thus, MOMers transform any possibly awkward encounters during external partnerships and stakeholder management into a sustainable skill and opportunity for stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and career navigation.
